We recommend booking as soon as possible once you have a date in mind. We have guests booking out wedding receptions and Christmas parties a year in advance
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own dessert. However, there is a $3 PP dessert fee if you decide to bring in a CAKE and expect our staff to cut and serve it for you. If you prefer to do that yourself, we will waive the fee. We will still provide plates and forks.
Yes! You are welcome to decorate the space as you see fit. We do not allow glitter, confetti or balloons filled with confetti. We only allow Painter’s tape to be used if you are hanging things on the walls. You are responsible for set-up and removal of these decorations.
As soon as you’ve settled on a date, we need to take a deposit ASAP to secure the event space. This deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE 45 days out from your event. Within 45 days we will gladly move the event to another date of your choosing. We accept cash, check or Credit Card to take the deposit. The larger room requires a $250 deposit. The private dining room requires a $150 deposit.
We are only able to hold a date open for 72 hours. If we have not received a deposit within that window we can’t guarantee it will be available.
One week prior to your event; our coordinator will reach out to get a FINAL headcount. We use this # to staff the event and place orders for food/alcohol. THIS IS THE # YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR REGARDLESS IF LESS PEOPLE SHOW UP. Conversely if more people show up, we cannot guarantee we will be able to feed the additional people.
We will gladly work with you to find another date that works should you need to re-schedule.
If the cancellation happens 45 days out from your event you will be entitled to a FULL REFUND. If the cancellation happens within 45 days from your event and you choose not to reschedule you will lose the deposit
Our smaller private dining space is called the Del Primo room. We can hold a MAX of 28 people comfortably seated. Our larger event space is called the Festa Brava room. We can accommodate 90 people seated. For cocktail parties, etc. we can do well over 100. For larger parties we can combine both spaces to allow your guests more room to socialize. Seating capacity will vary depending on the package you choose.
Everyone you are expecting to attend the event would be included in the headcount if they are taking advantage of the Buffet or Plated meal you’ve chosen. Do not include infants or babies. If you have kids that WILL NOT BE EATING from the selections you’ve chosen we offer a flat rate kids meal for $12.
You will need to contact the coordinator to set this up. If there is no event scheduled before or after we will happily allow you in earlier to decorate. You are also welcome to drop off any decorations or cake the day before your event and we will store them for you.
